These T-Pins are great for the accurate alignment of two or more work-pieces. The variety of diameters and lengths mean that most requirements are catered for with a standard pin. They are an economical and precise solution. Sizes range from 0.1250 | 1/8" to 0.7500 | 3/4" in diameter and 2" to 9" long.
T Shaped Alignment Pins (T-Pins) are used to align location devices in Jigs and Fixtures. They are precise (-0.0005) and quick to remove. The T shaped handle allows for greater grip and removal. Alignment pins can be used with a variety of BONEHAM bushes. Press Fit, Serrated or Slotted type bushes would complete and accurate alignment solution. The handle has a 1/8" cross drilled hole to connect the pin to the jig with an optional cable and clip.
