Robust pallet shelf system for medium-weight pallets
Durable and stable
- Timber struts in the frame make it extremely robust and stable
- The 85 mm x 65 mm Omega stand profile with a material thickness of 2 mm makes it very robust and extremely durable
- Including base plates and wedge anchors for attaching support frames and locking pins for the support beams
- Orange support beams ensure safe operation with forklift trucks and stacker cranes; support frames are silver-grey
- Powder-coated sheet steel makes it very strong and durable
Clever storage
- With three storage levels to save space, with a 50 mm height adjustment grid
- A rack depth of 1,100 mm also allows products to be stored lengthwise
- Add-on bays and practical accessories available for custom expansion of the basic rack
Notice
- The basic rack must always be assembled with at least one add-on rack. Otherwise, an additional cross brace will be required. This is only available on special request.
- All rack frames must be screwed together after delivery
- Supplied in individual parts
- Insert the support beams and secure with locking pins to prevent them from being lifted out accidentally
- The rack must be anchored to the floor after installation

Instructions
- For lateral fall protection, the outer rack frame must be 500 mm higher than the top support beam
- The rack length is calculated by adding together the bay widths. An additional 85 mm must be added for each support frame.
- The basic rack must always be installed together with an add-on rack; otherwise, an additional cross brace must be ordered by special request
