Anaerobic
- Hardens only in the absence of air between 2 surfaces; no heat required
One syringe = one repair
- Usable with only one hand, without spilling the product; cost-effective syringe can be re-used
Safety
- Many manufacturers use this type of product during manufacture and recommend it for gearbox reinstallation
Silicone-free
- The gel mixes with oil if it spills out of reinstalled parts, unlike silicone-based sealants, which can block vital parts of the engine
Handy syringe
- The syringe is suitable for one-handed operation. It has a long, thin nozzle for fine and accurate application
Easy to remove
- Very high shear resistance against vibrations but easy to remove with pressure
Resistant to all fluids used in the automotive sector (list available from the technical department)
Hazardous. Follow the precautions for use
For sealing joint surfaces in casings (of gearboxes, wheels, etc.), pumps (oil, water, petrol, hydraulic, etc.), housings, covers (lifts, etc.)
Not suitable for cylinder head gaskets
Remove all residue from the previous seal. Clean and degrease surfaces using cleaning wool and a cleaning agent for mechanical parts. Apply a continuous bead of gel to one surface or to both if replacing a seal that has been cut, then assemble within 15 minutes
