Suitable for run-flat tyres

  • Force off the tyre using a suitable release mechanism

  • Apply the tyre mounting paste to the rim flange and tyre bead with a paintbrush or sponge

  • Before the new tyres are fitted, the rim should be cleaned of old mounting adhesive around the rim flange sealing area. We recommend using our brake cleaner to do this. Remove any rust with a wire brush. Doing so will really bring the benefits of Würth tyre mounting paste to the fore.

  • Then apply a thin coat to the tyre bead and rim flange and fit the tyres to the rim using the fitting machine and corresponding tools. Correct mounting of tyres is a pre-requisite for smooth running characteristics.
