THE FIXING COLLARS MUST MEET ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS
Not all clamps can be used everywhere. It is therefore essential to check before installation whether the collar is resistant to substances and materials in the environment. Special care should be taken when working with extreme temperatures, hot oils, mineral oils or hydrocarbons.
For clamps used outdoors or in a humid environment, sufficient corrosion protection must also be ensured. Pipe clamps are available with or without rubber insert or in a special fire protection version according to the respective requirements.
WÜRTH OFFERS A WIDE RANGE OF HOSE CLAMPS
Fixed point clamps prevent movement between pipe and structure. EPDM rubber inserts provide effective insulation against structural noise for Würth fixed point fasteners. The two-part clamps are secured with two locking screws on each side, so that optimal locking is possible with larger tube diameter tolerances.
Hinged clamps are used in various fields such as home and heating installations. Würth offers clamps with an innovative quick release which saves time during assembly: a quick closing system thanks to a spring-loaded clamping screw and an optimized rubber profile for better sliding on the pipe during pre- mounting.
Cold network mounting clamps are used in the refrigeration and air conditioning sectors. The cold collar is used for supporting and breaking thermal bridges, for chilled water pipes or for transporting cryogenic fluids. It is particularly suitable for supporting pipes insulated with elastomeric sleeves.
Fixing clips for ventilation ducts are designed with two quick-closing screws for fixing ventilation and air conditioning ducts and more particularly for spiral sheet ducts. Their large openings make it easier to assemble the pipes. In addition, assembly is done without removing the screws, which saves time during installation!
