Application area

Ideal for surface sanding, light deburring work and removing discolouration due to heat

Materials on which it can be used:

Stainless steel; rust- and acid-resistant steel and hot-working steel (high-alloyed), e.g. Inconel®; steel and non-ferrous metals

Instructions

At high rotation speeds, coarse grain acts finer, while at low speeds the fine grain acts coarser.

Use tools with a low contact pressure; heavy contact pressure causes premature wear.

If there is insufficient chip removal, do not increase the contact pressure. Instead, use a coarser grain.
